Overview

A combination weigher and vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) bagger that weighs, forms, fills and seals pillow or gusseted pouches in one continuous cycle. The multi-head weigher drops accurate target weights into the bag former while the servo film-pull and jaw sealer produce a clean, coded pack. Used by snack, spice, pulse and dry-fruit packers moving from hand-weighing and manual sealing to a repeatable automatic line running 30–60 packs per minute.
